Introduction
These General Terms & Conditions apply when you, as a consumer (referred to as the "Customer"), place an order through www.nordicresonance.com (referred to as the "Website").
These Terms of Use (referred to as the "Terms of Use") establish a contract between the Customer and Nordic Resonance, a Swedish company registered under registration number 7908213932.
Orders
By making a purchase from and using the Website, the Customer agrees to these Terms of Use. The Customer should ensure that they have read and comprehended these Terms of Use before using our site.
Confirmation: Upon receipt of an order, Nordic Resonance will send an electronic confirmation to the Customer's email address, confirming the purchase.
It is essential that the Customer enters the correct email address when placing an order. We recommend saving this email as the order confirmation (receipt) also serves as proof of the purchase.
Payment, Prices & Fees: The product's price is the total price (excluding potential import and custom fees). Nordic Resonance offers free worldwide shipping for all our loudspeakers.
Nordic Resonance accepts most major credit and debit cards. If payment is not confirmed, the order will not be processed.
Taxes: Items shipped within the EU are shipped with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which includes tax and duties in the purchase price.
All orders outside the EU are delivered DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning that VAT and customs fees are not included in the purchase price. Customs or the courier will contact you once the shipment arrives, and you will be required to settle any charges for customs to release the shipment and allow delivery of your goods.
Nordic Resonance has no control over these charges, and since they vary by country, we cannot predict their amount. We advise the Customer to contact the local customs office for further information.
If you do not pay the Customes and/or VAT costs, and the order is shipped back to us, we will charge you for the shipping costs.
Returns
The customer is entitled to return the product within 14 days from the date of receival, provided that both the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as received. Please note that Nordic Resonance does not provide complimentary return shipping, and the customer is responsible for covering the return costs. It is important to be aware that Nordic Resonance cannot assume responsibility for returns that may become damaged or lost in transit.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days upon the product's arrival at our warehouse. Please be advised that it may take several additional days for the bank transfer to reflect in the customer's account. If the refund has not appeared within 20 days, we kindly request that you reach out to us for further assistance.
If a product has been discontinued, Nordic Resonance has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the paid amount to the Customer. Nordic Resonance will notify the Customer if a replacement or equivalent product is available.
Warranty
Nordic Resonance provides a voluntary 1-year manufacturer's warranty (referred to as the "Warranty") for each product sold via the Website. This Warranty is in addition to, and not in place of, rights provided by consumer law. Consumers have the option to choose whether to claim service under the Warranty or their consumer law. For further information about consumer law, please contact the local consumer organization.
The Warranty Covers the Following: Nordic Resonance warrants that the product, for a period of 1 year from the date of the original purchase from Nordic Resonance via the Website, is free from defects, provided that the product is used in accordance with published guidelines from Nordic Resonance for the product, including the product's user manuals, technical specifications, etc., and subject to the limitations outlined in this document.
The Warranty applies only to the product the Customer purchased for their personal use and not for resale.
The Warranty Does Not Apply to: (a) products purchased through channels other than the Website; (b) issues occurring more than 1 year after the original purchase date from Nordic Resonance via the Website; (c) cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches or dents; (d) damage caused by external factors, including but not limited to accidents, abuse, misuse, lightening strike, liquid contact, or fire; (e) damage resulting from operating or using the product other than in accordance with published guidelines from Nordic Resonance, including user manuals, technical specifications, etc.; or (f) products that have been modified or repaired by the user without our consent.
If the Customer submits a valid claim under the Warranty, Nordic Resonance will, at its discretion: (a) repair the product; or (b) replace the product. Nordic Resonance may in some cases offer the Customer to replace a component if it can be done in a safe manner. If Nordic Resonance concludes that the claim is not covered by the Warranty, Nordic Resonance har the right to charge a fee for handling and examination of the product.
